At Wolff System, we know each certification
means more costs for you. However,
the quality assurance that comes with certification
gives you and your customers
peace of mind. The certificate documents
and communicates the quality standard
of your studio. You demonstrate your allround
competence and present yourself
as a responsible partner, not only in the
area of technical and physical radiation
questions, but also in relation to the training
of your employees and your own
special competence in advising your
customers.
A certification is an important factor in
the decision making process of a customer
when choosing a tanning studio. This
equates to a particularly effective marketing
tool that separates you as a certified
business from the non-discript group of competitors. In fact, it is an ideal approach
to a whole new target group: namely, that
part of the population that until now has
had reservations base on uncertainty. The
basis for certification are the criteria provided
by the “Solarium Round Table – RTS”
and the certification itself includes the
areas of technology, tanning and consulting.
Accredited examiners control the
studios for compliance with the laws and
the knowledge of the studio staff concerning
the use and application of UV radiation.
In order to guarantee the quality of
the advice given, the staff must enroll and
successfully pass courses at one of training
facilities accredited according to the
guidelines of the RTS. Accredited training
institutes include the Akademie für
Besonnung (AfB) and the Akademie der
Deutschen Dermatologischen Gesellschaft.
The certificate tells your customers – and
your potential customers – that your
studio meets the demanding criteria of a
"Quality-Studio” and that you take their
justified worries and wishes seriously.
One thing is certain: Having the trust in
someone to save your skin is what everyone
wants!
